Pho

Pho is Vietnamese noodle soup made
with rice noodles, spices, and beef or chicken. It is
considered the most popular Vietnamese dish, but
may be derived from a French dish called pot-au-
feu. The method of making pho stock is similar to
the French method of making stock, except that spices are used instead of onions.
